November 8, 2007 Paoletti Winemaker Dinner with Tony Knox at the Westin Hotel and Spa in Savannah, Georgia.
................................................................

We are pleased to announce that Tony Knox has joined the Paoletti team as our new General Manager. Tony brings us more than 20 years of experience, having worked with some of the most acclaimed wineries and winemakers both in California as well as in Italy. As those of you who have met him last summer already know, Tony offers a keen understanding of the always-changing wine industry. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about all phases of wine production, marketing, and distribution. He’s also been known to spin a tale or two about his adventures in the great wine regions of the world.

Please welcome Brad Smith to the Paoletti team as our new Assistant Winemaker. Brad’s journey in the wine business started as a hospitality host for Mumm Napa Valley which then lead to his enrollment in Cal-State Fresno’s enology program. Upon graduation Brad worked at several wineries in the Napa valley before landing an assistant winemakers position at Laird Family Estate. Prior to joining us Brad had been the winemaker for August Briggs winery in Calistoga for the last 14 months. His expertise in the cellar will be a valuable asset in assisting Winemaker Tim Crowe.
